Welcome to THANVI ENTERPRISE. By accessing our website, purchasing our e-novels, or subscribing to our automated payment services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the platform owned and operated by THANVI ENTERPRISE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Digital Content & Subscription Models

  • License to Read: Upon successful purchase of an e-novel or an active subscription tier, THANVI ENTERPRISE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read the digital content solely for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity, purchases, or automated instructions originating from your account will be deemed authorized by you.

3. Autopay and Billing Terms

  • Authorization: By opting into a subscription plan, you expressly authorize THANVI ENTERPRISE and our RBI-regulated/PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway processors to automatically charge your selected payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) at the designated recurring intervals (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Pre-Debit Notifications: In compliance with local banking regulations, you will receive an advance notification via email or SMS before any recurring payment is executed under your Autopay mandate.
  • Mandate Modification & Cancellation: You can modify or revoke your Autopay mandate at any time directly through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle, cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
  • Payment Failures: If an automated debit fails due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or technical issues, we reserve the right to retry the charge or temporarily suspend your access to premium e-novels until payment is successfully processed.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Nature of Digital Goods: Due to the immediate, downloadable, and streamable nature of digital e-novels, all one-time purchases and successful Autopay subscription renewals are non-refundable once access to the content has been granted.
  • Subscription Term: If you cancel a recurring subscription, you will continue to enjoy access to your unlocked e-novels until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

  • Ownership: All content on our platform—including e-novels, text, cover designs, illustrations, graphics, logos, and proprietary software—is the exclusive intellectual property of THANVI ENTERPRISE or its respective authors/licensors.
  • Prohibited Actions: You strictly agree not to:
    • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or publicly display any portion of our e-novels.
    • Bypass, disable, or circumvent any Digital Rights Management (DRM) or technical protections embedded within the platform.
    • Use data-mining, scrapers, or automated bots to extract content from our platform.
  • Enforcement: Any instance of piracy, unauthorized sharing, or commercial exploitation will result in immediate account termination without refund, and THANVI ENTERPRISE reserves the right to pursue strict legal and financial remedies.

6. Prohibited Website Use

You agree to use our platform strictly for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any disruptive malicious code.
  • Impersonate any individual, author, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Interfere with the proper infrastructure, security, or payment processing workflows of the website.

7. User Contributions (Reviews & Comments)

If you post reviews, feedback, or comments regarding e-novels on our platform, you grant THANVI ENTERPRISE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute this material for marketing purposes. You guarantee that your contributions do not infringe upon any third-party rights or contain defamatory content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THANVI ENTERPRISE, its partners, and its content creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to payment processing delays, banking errors, network downtimes, or loss of access to digital content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THANVI ENTERPRISE, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensing authors from any legal claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of digital content, or violation of an active Autopay mandate.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, conflicts, or legal proceedings arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Andhra Pradesh.
